This is the home of Rendezvous Party Retreat, an invite-only weekend at Evermoore Castle and Retreat.
Our theme for this gathering is OTHERWORLDS, and we have an exceptional weekend

The Equinox is an astrological time of harmony and balance when light and dark are equal, so prepare to restore a deep sense of harmony within as we rejuvenate, rest, and return to the joy of being human.

Your Hosts, Rache and Andre
Ceremonialist and Breathwork guide Rache Moore and DJ/Yogi Andre Meyer welcome you to their home for an unforgettable weekend of joy, connection and revelry. They have traveled the globe sharing their uplifting, mystical, and ecstatic experiences, and it's their great pleasure to unite like minded community in paradise at Rendezvous Party Retreat.
Andre offers an enlivening yoga class in the morning, and carries us through the night with his global beats and enigmatic rhythms. Rache will share a Celtic Equinox Ceremony on Saturday and her Expansive Breath Journey on Sunday morning.
They are dedicated to honouring the sacred and celebrating the cycles of life with music, movement, and magic.

Opening Ceremony
We begin our three day with a light-hearted and deeply meaningful opening ceremony with local Gumbaynggirr elder Uncle Micklo.
Creating space for stillness and reflection allows us to enter the magic of the moment with clarity on our intentions for the weekend ahead.
Contemporary Ritual is woven throughout the retreat, adding an enchanting layer of spiritual connection and exploration, deepening our relationship to the sacred within each of us.
Nurturing these aspects of ourselves is an essential ingredient to intrinsic happiness and a sense of wholeness.
Evolutionary Astrology with Daisy
Partying with The Zodiac is a fun, interactive workshop that explore the zodiac archetypes to create greater relational awareness, attunement, and understanding of each other so that we can take care of each other's needs, and respect each other's differences.
Daisy Clementine is an evolutionary astrologer, somatic shadow work facilitator, and soul doula. She guides people into bodies that can hold their truth, helping them reclaim lost parts, heal relational patterns, and embody their fullest expression so that they can live a life of passion & purpose.
Equinox Ceremony & Breathwork with Rache
The Equinox is a potent time for tuning into the frequency of harmony as we experience the perfect balance of light and dark in nature. Rache will lead a Celtic-inspired ritual to create harmony in our lives, working with the elements of magic, herbcraft, and the sacred ogham oak tree.
Rache will also offer a 60-minute guided breath and sound journey for integration and deep restoration of the mind, body and nervous system.
Rache has been teaching yoga, breathwork, and courses on Elemental Alchemy for over a decade and is extremely passionate about celebrating the art of practical magic.
Morning Yoga with Andre
André brings lightness and rejuvenation to our mornings with a therapeutic blend of Hatha Yoga approaches to create a free, relaxed, and deeply meditative environment.
His classes integrate the key yoga practices of Asanas (Postures), Bandhas (Energy Locks), and Pranayamas (Breathing).
By combining these elements with a unique transcendental music playlist, André's classes provide a distinctive experience that helps students of all levels transition into a state of meditation in movement, aligning their mind and body holistically.
Poetry of Otherworlds ~ Ellen Patterson
A fine curator or moods and atmospheres, Ellen is a creative being sprinkling whimsicality and joy with every breath. Propelled by insatiable curiosity she has travelled to, as well as lived in, obscure corners of the world, deepening her connection with humanity. She truly lives for art, surrealism and to uncover deeper meaning within. She wrote her first poem 10 years ago in Cuba, and has been exploring and enjoying this art form ever since.
“To be able to encapsulate what I observe: emotions, complex thoughts, metaphors, irony & injustice - so many things - all within a delightful poem, is truly a cathartic gift."
Otherworldy Entertainment ~ Alisha Filthy Aliens
We're excited to welcome Australia's No.1 Otherworldly performer and founder of Filthy Aliens Entertainment, Alisha, back to Evermoore Castle to enchant us with her elemental force at our Saturday night party.
Alisha embodies the power of fire, the grace of water, the inspiration of air, and the grounded force of earth, illuminated by the light of spirit.
Through the art of dance and ritual, she brings a performance from the Otherworlds to encourage us to release all that holds us back from connecting to our own elemental force.
Tapping with Teddi Emerald
Teddi Emerald is a longtime friend and returns to Rendezvous Party Retreat to offer a tapping workshop, helping us to dissolve energetic blockages that are us back from feeling illuminated, balanced, and harmonious on the Equinox.
Teddi will also be offering private 1:1 sessions during the retreat for anyone that wants to go deeper into harmonising their nervous system.
Teddi is a Womens Empowerment Healer using powerful methods such as EFT , Matrix Energetics, NLP, Hypnosis and Iridology to combine both physical and quantum forms of healing, using both ancient and modern philosophies and teachings to bring about powerful transformation.
Delicious Food & Celebratory Drinks
All your meals are included in your ticket price, and we welcome back Ayurvedic chef Amy Graham. We strive to offer you a locally sourced Ayurvedic inspired menu from the Friday night banquet to morning coffee, tea and breaky, all the way through to our final lunch together on Sunday.
We will accomodate your dietary needs as best we can with most of the meals being vegetarian and gluten friendly.
We offer celebratory cocktails or mocktails at our Saturday night party in moderation. We prefer you don't BYO alcohol or substances.
Nourishment and Healing
We have six scheduled FREE TIME sessions at Rendezvous, during which you can book a private treatment with one of our therapists. $120 for 75 minutes.
AromaMassage and Sound Healing - with Aiyanna
Aiyanna is qualified in Physiotherapy, Spinal Energetics, Integral Sound Healing, and AromaTouch Technique. Her treatments include remedial, deep tissue, sound healing relaxation and aromatherapy massage.
Zen Thai Massage - with Jorge Invernon
Jorge has been a body worker for over 10 years, specializing in Zenthai Shiatsu; a holistic blend of osteopathy, acupressure techniques and thai massage, to restore balance to the nervous system.
Tarot with Marcheline
Marchéline is an intuitive artist who weaves tarot as a mirror of the psyche. Her sessions are a ritual of mystical and practical reflection, inviting clarity, empowerment, and alignment through archetypes, symbols, and storylines.
Sound Journey to Otherworlds
We land after a delicious dinner on Friday night with a sound healing, offering a bridge to Otherworlds.
Immersion in frequency softens our mental chatter and carries us into a liminal, dreamlike state to enter inner landscapes where experience is felt, and meaning arrives through sensation, image, and emotion.
Frequency entrains the nervous system and energetic body to harmonise. Our breath, heartbeat, and brainwaves begin to synchronize with the sounds around us, carrying consciousness across thresholds.
We can't wait to tune in, turn on, and drop into Otherworlds with you.
The Venue
Evermoore Castle is a beautiful three-level chateau located on a lush 12-acre property just ten minutes from Bellingen town. It was designed and built by Rache's Aunt Barbara.
During your stay you can explore the river, forest, and even make a trip into Bellingen to look around.
The Disco Studio and Homestead are located 100 metres away, overlooking the mountain range with a huge wrap around verandah and indoor fireplace.
We have space for several tents and campervans on the land for those who prefer to sleep closer to the earth.
What is a Party Retreat?
We are not another wellness retreat.
We are not another festival.
We are not another party.
We are all the above, woven into a joyful rendezvous for your heart, mind and body.
We believe retreats exist to inspire and refine ourselves so that we can return to our lives changed in some way.
We want everyone to enjoy themselves whilst remaining clear and present. So, if you choose to enjoy a cocktail or two, moderation is appreciated, and we encourage you to please save substances for another occasion, Rendezvous is not the place for pills and powder.
